Bombay Hakka & Spice is dedicated to serving authentic Indian curries, flavorful Hakka Chinese cuisine, and handmade Nepali momos — all under one roof. It's a combination born from three lifetimes of cooking, and one chef who has spent over 30 years mastering each tradition.
From slow-simmered butter chicken and biryani to wok-fired Hakka noodles and chili chicken, to delicately pleated momos served with fiery tomato achar — every dish is built on traditional recipes, premium ingredients and authentic spices ground in-house.
